Hi, for about 5 months now I cannot log into VRM. It was working fine then I added another email address and that did not help. When I send a reset link I do not receive anything. Tried spam folder etc. noting, from my research there seems to be a security issue with this. I contacted Nkon.nl the supplier but they will not do anything.
I have the full Victron kit working fine, Multiplus II, Cerbo gx, MPPT

How did you add asecond email address if you could not login? Did you try just register a new account and asked Nkon.nl to add you as a user? Do they have access?

Hi Thanks for your reply, I clicked on the bar code of the cerbo for the second email address and that seems to have upset the whole process, then there was the Victron reply problem. Their reply got lost in mail security issues from what I researched. we say a work in progress.
