User is not allowed to login. Has the X e-mail been verified?

I’m unable to create my VRM account as I’m not receiving any verification email.

I’ve check my spam and with no success.

Please help.

Always a stupid one, but are you sure your email address is 100% correct? I had a friend lose their mind and it was a simple ‘spelling’ error.

If you go to sign up again what happens?

never a stupid question but its definitely the correct email address. this is so frustrating as there doesnt appear to be any mechanism to speak with victron directly, poor show.
