VRM Account Creation

Apologies if this has been asked before. I am trying to sign up for a new VRM account, and it goes through the motions but I never get the verification email.

I created a new account on the 15/6 and never received the email to complete the activation/verification.

Now when I try and register I get an email saying:

We noticed you tried to register a new Victron Energy VRM account with this email address, but a Victron OneID account already exists.

You are able to log in to VRM and Victron Professional using your Victron OneID account.

The email also contains a reset link.

If I click the reset link and enter my email address used to register I never get a reset email.

Seeking some help from Victron to resolve this.

Same for me.
No emails at all.

I also have one i had logged out of and now cannot log back into. It asks me if i have verified the accoun and i had. Not password reset is working either.

As side note it is not the email address i use for the community

Hi Guy, I never actually got to the point of making a password, as presumably this is done after the verification? I just tried the reset option from the link you provided and still did not get an email back to step through the password reset process.

Try some of the other links on that page, such as log in with a link and see if you receive that.

I’ve also reported that you aren’t seeing these email, but just click around on that log in page while we wait for an admin to look into it, I can’t check those mail records directly myself.

No worries happy to wait. Nothing on that page does anything either. Even log in with a link doesn’t come to me.
