Missing Verification Email on Victron Professional

I signed up for Victron Professional using my business address (), but never received the verification email to be able to verify the account. Now it won’t let me log on without having first done that, but it doesn’t offer the ability to resend a verification email, creating an endless loop with no reset feature.
On top of that, I attended the Shelly webinar this morning (registered using that email address), and now I cannot access my Certificate of Attendance (needed for my RVTAA-certification CEUs), because I can’t log on to my account there, because I can’t get another verification email sent. This is of course a bit frustrating. How can I now (please) verify my account on Victron Professional so as to be able to access that Certificate? Thank you.

just a note to say that I’ve seen this.

There is another delay with the Shelly webinar certificates, I’ve never had to import over 2000 participants before.

I’ll check your Vic Pro email, most likely this will continue via a private message because there will be some personal data involved.

Hi Guy… thank you so much for your reply. And WOW!!! 2000+ certificates… I’m guessing that’s a record! It was indeed a very popular subject, as the Shelly devices have a great reputation, especially in the HomeAssistant market (where they are often flashed with different firmware), because they are built on such an open model. Which is precisely what makes them work so well with the Victron environment with the NodeRED programming.

In my case… I just need some way to validate my email address. When I first registered, my email was not working properly and the verification email inadvertently got discarded – so I never received it. And then the registration / login web page has no option to resend it. So each time I try to log in, it tells me to verify my email address but never offers the opportunity to resend that verification email. So I’m stuck… I just need some way to verify that email address so I can log in.

Any and all help toward that end will be greatly appreciated!

Thank you Guy. That link appears to be to victronenergy.com, which is not the platform I’m having problems with.

The platform I’m having problems with is Victron Professional (https://professional.victronenergy.com), as noted above. That’s the platform I need help validating my email for. That help would be greatly appreciated. (I’m assuming those two platforms are completely separate and independent of each other (?), because I did try logging into the former and the reply I got was invalid credentials).

Hi Guy. Is there an IT Helpdesk person I can speak with about this?

I have - several times now - attempted to use the Victron single sign-on portal that you shared - with no success. I use the ‘Login via Link’ option and it says “Email has been sent successfully!” (with my correct email address) - but no email ever arrives in my inbox with that link (and I checked… I have no spam filters set for this account, and there is nothing in my spam folder either).

I really want to get logged on to this Victron Professional account so that I can register for the next webinar on ‘Venus Grafana’ on 27 May, but right now I can’t do that. Any real IT help on this would be greatly, greatly appreciated!
