Multiplus II not showing AC in or ACLoad on Cerbo

My Multiplus II does not show AC In (Shorepower) or AXC Load on the CerboGX. neither Battery charger nor Inverter positions show any data on Cerbo. I’ve checked the wiring in and out of the Multiplus, seems oki.

Any ideas where to look for a correction to this problem?

The utp patch cable between the inverter and the ve bus plug to the gx would need to be checked or changed
If the inveeter is working but not reporting that is most likely the problem.
