I’m after some advice. I have installed a multiplus ii and cerbo gx in a caravan electrical system. All works well except the AC in and out are not displaying on the interface. When I go into the settings of the multiplus 2 when connected to Grid and using a 240v device, the AC draw is a negative.
I have attached a couple of photos for further clarity. I have tried resetting the system, updated to current firmware and tried a different RJ45 cable. Display is correct when using inverter to run 240v appliances.
Could I please get some help in trouble shooting this issue to correctly display the AC input and AC output when connected to Grid power? I have checked other threads but to no avail.
