I need a help I Have a customer boat with cerbo GX and multiplus II on it the boat now on cross-atlantic today at the morning he is discovered that multiplus work but not charging his batteries because Active AC input disconnected frequency and input is ok (yes it is from generator ) . I connected via remote and see that Cerbo updated to last version . can it cause a problemm ? I need to help to him . Now he is charging from motor and alternator.
