Multiplus2-GX update with Cerbo-GX

Hi,

I updated my system with a Cerbo-GX V3.67:
Multiplus2 V507 GX 3.66, 4 MPPT, 2 Pylontech, EVCS, actually no critical loads.

Now the problem is, that the is shown critical load power, but ther is no load connected:

Also the battery shows this power, but I don’t believe it.

Do I have to disconnect the GX part in the Multi, when I connect a Cerbo GX with VE.bus?

Thanks
Gerd

So, I did it: I disconnected the GX-PCB inside of the Multi.
Then the display in the remote console oscillates a few kW from AC loads to critical loads in about 5 sec.
I think, these kW oscillates in real from and to the battery.

Should I update the Multi, if there exists a new firmware?

Gerd

You do need to update all the victron components.

Remember when the inverter firmware is updated it wipes settings , you will need to re program.

So, I updated the Multiplus to the version 5.58 and reconfigured all, but I have the same behaviour:
The AC loads and the critical loads are oscillating, even if there is no load connected.

What can I do?

Gerd

When I go back to the internal GX of the Multiplus II, all is stable and works correctly.
