Hi, I have multiplus II 5000 VA currently switched by manual switch between city power and Victron power. Whenever I try to do so, it immidiately shut down protection and I am not able to use already defined outputs. I have TNS system.
Did any of you have faced that issue? Some of power outlets works but most mandatory two do not work at all.
Please describe again exactly what you are switching off and how, or make a small drawing.
What is connected where and how.
Everything on the AC Out 1 or something on the AC Out 2?
Okay let me explain it:
I have existing electricity setup which I want to run only on solar or switch from city power to solar power with manual switch from Hager. Whenever I switch from city power to solar power we can say victron is switched on, immidiately get my protection shutted down.
Check all your line connections … especially the N conductor . This must be connected properly. If there is still a connection between BEFORE and AFTER the multi after switching, the residual current device will trip.
Hi , please check your 230V Neutrals and grounding intern of you offgrid system and external.
Maybe you connected all Grounding on busbar and all neutrals together and one external circuit Grounding or neutral are also connected too! This just an idea.
Do first a electric shema of your system and compare to your already installed system.
