Don’t know where to find the default PIN or PUK. Access via VRM possible. How to reset the PIN?

The Bluetooth PUK code should be on the product sticker of the Multiplus.

Where is the PUK located? Read something about the backside, which would bei a problem since it is wall mounted.

For clarity, are you referring to a Multiplus 2 GX? As a standard Multi does not have bluetooth.
