After installing my Multiplus ii GX I tried to connect over bluetooth to the device with Vconnect (android and IOS) but failed.
The app discovers the device and moves to 20% before asking me the bluetooth PIN. I’ve tried 1234, 0000 and 000000 without any luck (the device has no sticker with PIN or PUK), I never get beyond 80% so no option to configure the device.
Cycling power on Multiplus and phone , or changing phone did re-produce the issue.
Any suggestions?
Multiplus 2 gx doenst have bleutooth, you need to connect to the gx wifi network, ssid and password are on the sticker inside the connection panel
If somehow there is a new version with bluetooth, pin is on the same sticker, definitly not 000000
If its a new unit, there also spare stickers inside the box in a blue sleeve, if not contact your dealer
Indeed, hidden in the plastic bag there was a very small sticker with the Bluetooth PIN and WIFI access. It easy to overlook but it was there indeed.
Additionally there was alos one inside the connection pannel next to the VE-BUS connectors I did not notice as after hanging the device you need to look upwards.
