Any other way to reset to default PIN with no PUK and all other steps unsuccessful?

PROBLEM: I cannot reset my VE components to default 000000 (or similar) default PINs to regain VE Connect App Bluetooth access because, sadly, I no longer have access to my custom passwords (custom PINS). Nearly two years ago, I completed my campervan conversion with full installation, power-up and remote set-up of my Victron Energy system (components listed below). On two occasions during the first seven months, I had to reset my online account password in order to access my VE account, which included all settings data and password notes for each of my Victron Smart components’ VE App Bluetooth access. For unknown reasons, at the end of July 2025, my VE Connect App no longer had access to my components, and as of last December, my online VE account was again inaccessible and the system no longer recognized my email or password! What happened? Was there a website upgrade? Consequently, my new VE online account has no record of previous installed equipment data. I do have the reset PIN code for my ORION and the PUK for the SmartSolar MPPT, but there is no PUK or PIN label on my VE MultiPlus II (outside or inside the case), nor on the BMV-712 SmartShunt monitor. SO – is there any other way (I have tried all standard steps – no contact with “Support”) to reset my components to their default PINs so that the factory default PINS will allow me to reconnect my Bluetooth VE Connect App? (Obviously: I will triple-copy and store digitally and on paper any new custom passwords….)

My Victron System:

~ BMV-712 SmartShunt with Battery Temperature Sensor

~ VE LYNX Distributor

~ VE PHOENIX 375VA 12-Volt 120V AC Pure Sine Wave Inverter

(Victron Energy Phoenix Inverter VE.Direct Control Panel)

~ Victron MultiPlus II 12v/3000 120-50 120V

(VE 200/200 Amp Digital Multi-Control Panel GX)

~ Victron SmartSolar MPPT Tr Can 150V 100A solar charger

~ Victron Orion-Tr Smart 12/12-30A 360-watt DC-to-DC Charger

Your MultiPlus-II doesn’t have bluetooth, so there’s no PIN to reset. If you have BT access to it then you have a VE.Bus Smart Dongle connected to it (small black box, should theoretically be affixed to the battery bank but rarely is, will be connected via RJ45 cable to the MultiPlus) which will have its PUK code on a white sticker on the side.

The BMV-712 PIN/PUK/SN sticker is affixed to the back of the display head.
