Good evening. The Bluetooth pairing codes for 4 of my Victron products stopped working. The default 000000 doesn’t work either. I have all the serial numbers and everything is vintage 2025. I can’t see the back of the components to see if there is a serial number/default pairing code on them. I’m guessing the decals didn’t even get put on (just seems to be my luck today). Of course, I don’t have a PUK (not even sure what that is). Is there a way I can get the bluetooth code from Victron? Any suggestions are appreciated.
Have you tried a different mobile device? Have you tried restarting or reinstalling the victronconnect app? This happening on all four devices at once makes me think it’s a mobile device issue.
victronconnect bluetooth troubleshooting manual
PUK stands for personal unblocking key, it’s like a pin number only the user can’t change it. Should be included with your victron devices.
If you are that stuck and can’t find a sticker on it with the puk, then get a usb to ve direct cable and connect that way to change settings
LX, thank you for the response. I’m purchased the USB to ve directory cable. Is there a Victron Connect for laptops? Is it self-explanatory - if you know?
Victron connect is available on windows. It works the same as it does on your ohone sonif you know how to use that then you will know your way around it on a pc.
Compatibility is shown here in the manual.
I hav an otg adaptor and use the cable with my android phone. So that is possible as well.
