Hi,
I just updated my one phase MP2 70-50 GX system to a three phase system (two additional MP2) and everything works fine so far.
Unfortunately, every few days the GX looses its adjustments, it seems it has been reseted. When this happend, I have to make adjustments to bring it to work again (search for the TCP/IP EM24 and adjust the protocol to the BMS)
Firstly the splash screen appears (again) when I enter the remote console
The IP Adress of the EM24 is lost.
The list of “Modbus TCP/UDP Devices → Discovered devices” is empty. After “Press to scan” it will be found again and works fine
Services → Modbus TCP is disabled (I need it enabled)
Services → MQTT Acccess is Disabled (I need it enabled) and
Services - > VE.Can port → CAN-bus profile is on its initial value and has to set manually to "CAN-bus BMS LV (500kbit/s) for my needs.
All in all, it looks like the whole GX has been resetted and needs again its initial adjustments.
The picture shown above shows you the adjustements are lost on February 3rd, 2025 at 4:47am, while everyone in the house was sleeping.
Any Ideas? I’ll let you know when it happends again.
Thank you
Wolfgang
Edit: All software for GX and MP2s are up to date.
Today, I had workers in the house and accidentally the RCD did its job, and the complete house was without electrical power. This caused the Multiplus 2 GX to lose all its adjustments. There were all steps necessary, as I described above. Why does the GX lose its adjustments when the electrical power is gone for a few minutes?
