These are settings
Is everything up to date including the inverters?
Are you using DESS as well or just ESS?
In the device list under the inverters has the ess relay test been successful?
Only one inverter, purely for grid tie. Only ess.
Will check relay test. I did have it exporting initially then changed one setting which was the soc from 10 % to 90 %. Is back to 10 % now.
Is there way i can manually force the multiplus 2 to export to the grid.
I have been wondering where the power is going?
You are producing 1500w DC solar but it is not going into the battery or to loads?
Morning
I have a separate off grid system which is original. Before the multiplus 2 was installed purely for grid tie.

Is battery life on or off? You may find the min soc allowed by the system has changed
Hi.
Battery life is on, minimum soc 10%.
Active soc 65%.
Yesterday when Battery was full and system in absorption we started to export
But only small amounts of power up to 20 watts.
Then the inverter went into passthru.
Going to disable lom setting today and try that.
Ironically the first time I tried to export it worked fine.
Cheers marty
Did it pass the ess relay test?
Does the inverter doing the export have any loads on its output?
Hi there.
Passed relay test, has no loads on inverter output.
If you set the gx to let the syste know that there are only loads on the input, does it change the behaviour.
If you have your all loads on the input only, you need a CT or energy meter for the system for ESS to function correctly.
Hi there.
Thanks will install the one i have today.
Hi there.
Grid meter in and working still power getting exported. Inverter going into passthru still.
Cheers marty
Hi there.
No export power to grid.
Have you set grid metering to external? Also start with a basic setup e.g. grid setpoint 0, all loads on ACIN and batterylife off.
Hi there.
Thanks for your help.
I have put a 2015 grid code in and everything is working as it should.
My system is in New Zealand.
I will check with the power authority if is the correct grid code.
Cheers marty.
