Merge 2 installations into one so not to lose data

I am using a Venus GX with my 150/100 mppt and battery monitor and an inverter. On a Pi 2 Zero I have 2 smaller mppts waiting for ve direct cables to arrive, they are using the Duppa 4 way hub at the moment. See my previous topic as to the issues I have with the Duppa on the Venus GX. Is there anyway to merge the data from the Pi to the Venus GX when I move the 2 smaller units over
