I bought the MK3 with my Multiplus and wanted to use it to update the configuration settings. I disconnected the VE.Bus (ethernet) cable from the back of my Ekrano GX and used that to connect to the MK3. I also disconnected the SeeLevel from the and VE.Can (ethernet to Garnet 4 pin) and the Can terminator. I connected the Multiplus to my laptop and was able to use the VE Config and Victron Connect apps to update the Multiplus. When I reconnected the VE.Bus and VE.Can connections on Ekrano lost my SeeLevel sensors. Is there a way to reset the VE.Can? I only have one device in the Can 1 bus and have a terminator in the empty port on Can 1.
