Firmware 3.65 update problem

There was a good description of what to do with a failed SmartShunt. Pretty much what is said above plus complete power down on the device.

Issue resolved! For any who come by this…I contacted the seller (Battle Born) and they walked me right through the solution. Note that none of this is laid out in the owners manual (hint hint Victron).
