I’m having issues with my cerbo gx device. As of the last 24hrs it has not sent a single update to the vrm.
The cerbo unit shows that it’s connected to the wifi network. I’ve reboot the Cerbo to see if that fixes it, but no dice.
I know the wifi is working properly as all of our other devices using it function just fine. I’ve also told the Cerbo to forget the network, and then added it back.
I’m just not sure what the next troubleshooting step should be.
