Cerbo GX is not updating VRM portal

I’m having issues with my cerbo gx device. As of the last 24hrs it has not sent a single update to the vrm.

The cerbo unit shows that it’s connected to the wifi network. I’ve reboot the Cerbo to see if that fixes it, but no dice.
I know the wifi is working properly as all of our other devices using it function just fine. I’ve also told the Cerbo to forget the network, and then added it back.
I’m just not sure what the next troubleshooting step should be.

Rebooting the wifi router would be my next step.

check the Settings>VRM in the Cerbo, it should look like:

If the Cerbo can’t connect to the VRM, there will be a connection error showing, please post this error.
