Cerbo GX is not online after a long absense

My RV has been in storage for over 7 months w/o Internet. It is now at the house and it is connected to the home WiFi. I know it is fully connected for lots of reasons, including it was running v3.5 and is now running v3.6 thanks to an auto update. What is NOT happening is I am NOT seeing it on the VRM portal. Any thoughts on why and how to get it back on the portal?

Is the Cerbo appearing in VRM now? If not, here are a few things to try:

  • Check your router/switch for the Cerbo’s IP address. Can you log in and see if the Cerbo’s IP is listed among the connected devices?​ (make a note of its IP)

  • ** ​Now you should be able to access it on your local network.​ Type the Cerbo’s IP into a browser.

​Then, * Refer to the “VRM Portal” section in the documentation. This section provides further troubleshooting steps for VRM access.

Somehow the setting to connect to VRM got switched off, all good now!
