Hi Everyone,

i have a victron IP22 smart charger 30A in combination with the orion XS 12-12 50A connected to a battery. What will happen if by mistake the car will run and 230V will be connected to the charger. Both victron devices will start and trying to charge the battery. will one device damage the other one? in the manual from the orion i read something about error 27, high voltage on battery side.

They both have output voltage regulation. If the battery SOC is low both will charge at full rate. If the SOC is high one will reduce charge current first, it depends on minor voltage reading differences which will turn down first.
