I need a inverter upgrade, What inverter should i buy?

Right now i have a Victron Energy Phoenix 12/500VA inverter but that's not enough so i want to upgrade but i cannot decide what inverter to buy. I have 3 options:
1) MultiPlus 48V/3000VA (USED, 650€, bought in 2016)

2) MultiPlus 12/1200VA (NEW, 720€)

3) MultiPlus-II 48/3000VA (NEW, 1080€)

My current battery is a ( 3S 100P Li-ION 18650 [12v 170ah]) so it is possible to reconfigure the battery to 14S 20P [48v 36AH] if i buy a 48v inverter. My max load is around 1000W

Hi

Number 3 i would recommend as it is the latest in hgardware and in software etc. and is ok with lithium battery packs with those cell capacities etc.
