This may sound a strange question, but I sold a cutomer a BMV-712 last year and he only went to install it last week and it is faulty.
The problem is I can't be sure which distributor I bought it from (I have trade agreements with 3 Victron dealers and have bought BMV-712s from all of them). How can I find out which dealer would have got this monitor from Victron and sold it to me?
Is there a Victron Database I can log onto and put the serial number of the BMV into to get the Supplier?
