Display Remote Console

Hello

i did the upgrade to the latest version, then apply the configuration but now the display on my Laptop is like this when using the remote console from the web page\

I cannot see the Solar information

any help would be appreciated

Hello, did you try to force refresh your browser's cache ?

  • Windows and Linux browsers: CTRL + F5
  • Apple Safari: SHIFT + Reload toolbar button
  • Chrome and Firefox for Mac: CMD + SHIFT + R

i try that.. but no luck... it is like this on all my device :-( Laptop, iphone, ipad since the last update....

Try to reboot the GX device.
