Victron Energy Orion-Tr 12 | 12-30 stuck in Absorption mode even though battery is 100% charged? Can you help?

So my battery is 100% charged but the orion is stuck in absorption mode, it never goes to float!

This isn't correct is it? I've literally been driving about for 2 hours and now again I will get this engine shutdown detected screen for 30 seconds (even though im driving lol) then it will go back to the absorption mode....

What could be the cause?

Ive attached pics of my install in case something is obvious with the setup

I have the following :

Victron 12|12 -30 Orion Tr Smart

Victron MPPT 100 | 50

Victron BMV 712 Battery Monitor.

2 x 12V 200AH Xtreme AGM Leisure Battery (XR3500)

I'm worried its all setup wrong and damaging my batteries :(

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Is that 6mm sq wire being used for the negative connections between the Orion/mppt and battery?

I just went to the van to check - I didn't do any of this work, it was completed by an electrician, but yes, seems odd the cables are different sizes.

Here are the sizes

Orion Negative = 6mm
Orion Positive = 16mm

MPPT Negative = 6mm
MPPT Positive = 10mm

Would this be the cause?
