Torque for lithium batteries

I have new 200ah lithium batteries I torqued to 19ft/lbs but worked lose

What’s correct setting

My Battle Born LFPs specify 9-11ft/lbs torque on terminal fasteners. The nuts have a nylon insert that helps prevent loosening. Suggest you get some and try out, or also lock washers, or serrated nuts to fit the bolts. All should help prevent loosening due to vibration..

Hi @Sea1ravdn,

because this is Victron territory, I guess you're talking about the Victron Smart Lithium 12V or 24V 200Ah battery.

It's in the manual, Section 4.6
