Hello, I'm planning to install the Smart BMS CL12/100 to charge 2x 100Ah LiFePo4 House Batteries (with internal BMS), would like to check what else I may need to complete the system.
My Alternator is Balmar 100A with regular internal controller.
I'm planning to charge a 75Ah Lead Acid Wet Starter battery, and 2x 100Ah Lithium House batteries with the BMS CL12/100 unit, I selected the 80A Fuse which I believe will limit the charging current with approx. 70A to the Lithium batteries.
Do I need anything else do I need to complete the system? Other Recommendations?
Balmar has a couple of options for External Charge controllers incl. with Lithium charging programs if required.
Also, my shore power charger is a Victron Blue Smart Charger 12/25 unit already installed.
Anything else needed to use this with the proposed BMS and split battery types?
Suggested wiring would be great if available.
