DC - DC charger not working

Hi Folks, always thank you for your help. VICTRON HELP PLEASE

I have a 12 12 30 Orion Smart DC-DC charger and a BMV 712 attached to 2019 Sprinter. Everything seems to be wired correctly. My input on the app says 14v and my output 14.5v but driving all day the battery never charges according to the BMV 712. I've attached photos below with my settings and what is shown. My multimeter shows the battery is 13.14 but the BMV 712 says 12.87. What is going on here?

@DustinNwind, please post photos of your actual installation?

The fact that your starter battery voltage reads the same as your monitored battery voltage is generally indicative that something is connected incorrectly - my guess would be that perhaps you've connected the BMV main power supply wire to the B2 port instead of the correct B1 port on the shunt, but I could easily be mistaken about that, thus my request for photos of the installation:

*photo of the BMV shunt and PCB wiring, including both connections to the main battery bank;

*photo of output wiring from Orion to target battery bank

*photo of input wiring from start battery to Orion
