Equalisation Voltage won't disable in VictronConnect

Hi, so I can't disable the equalisation voltage. I've been told to set it to 0 to disable, but it will only go to 9. Even when I type 0 and press save, it immediately changes to 9. Any thoughts?

Thanks!!!

Select the LiFePO4 preset and the equalisation will turn off. After that you can edit the other settings.

Unfortunately I'm not in front of the controller- is this just under presets in the Victron settings? I don't recall seeing such a preset, only user defined. Where can I find it? I'm sure the firmware and software is up to date.... TIA!
