Multiplus 2 - no Grid-connection possible - RCD Protect Switch

Hi,


I have installed the following components and need some help, please:


The system is running fine - as long as the AC-Out is not connected to the grid.


the grid is a typical german house-installation with 3 phases (L1 + L2 + L3 + N + Earth)

The AC-IN is connected to the grid (L1 - same phase as the AC-Out)


If our electrician tries to connect the AC-Out of the Multiplus to the grid (also L1), the RCD-Fuse and the circuit braker triggers. It doesn't matter if the Multiplus is ON or OFF.

Why is your electrician trying to connect AC-Out to the grid?

The grid should be connected to AC-In only, not AC-Out.

Wie schon geschrieben hat der Ausgang nichts am Eingang zu suchen.
Warum möchte ihr Elektriker das so anschließen? Was ist der geplante Zweck der Anlage?

Danke für die Antworten bisher. Die Anlage wurde nach dem folgenden Schema aufgebaut:


Die Abnehmer (Loads) sind in unserem Fall mit dem Grid (Stromnetz) verbunden.

Stromkreise, die auch bei Netzausfall versorgt werden sollen, müssen an AC OUT 1 angeschlossen werden, wobei, wie schon geschrieben, der Ausgang nicht mit dem Eingang verbunden werden darf.
Diese Stromkreise müssen separat verdrahtet sein (mit einem 30mA Fi abgesichert) und dürfen an keiner Stelle mit dem restlichen System verbunden sein (außer PE, das ist alles eins)

Wenn die Anlage zudem (oder ausschließlich) netzparallel arbeiten soll inkl. Phasenausgleich, dann wird noch ein Energieflussrichtungssensor in Form eines ET340 oder EM24 gebraucht.

Des weiteren wird dafür der ESS Assistent im Multi gebraucht.

Wenn sich das ihr Elektriker nicht zutraut, sollten sie sich an den Händler wenden, bei dem die Victron-Komponenten gekauft wurden oder nach einem Betrieb Ausschau halten, der sich mit der Installation eines Victron ESS auskennt.
Von wo sind sie?

The diagram does not show the AC-Out connected to the grid.
It does correctly show only AC-In connected to the grid.

I suggest you find an electrician experienced in installing Victron equipment.

Are you trying to export to the grid?

Ich benötige bitte noch einmal Support.


Die Anlage soll netzparallel arbeiten. Hierzu habe ich den ET24 Energieflusssensor/Stromzähler beschafft und einbauen lassen.

Dieser misst nun alle drei Phasen und zeigt dies auch korrekt an. Jedoch bekomme ich keine Verbindung zum Multiplus zustande:

Die Datenverbindung via USB / RS485 habe ich korrekt verkabelt, Strecke ca. 10 Meter. Ich habe mich dabei an der VE-Anleitung orientiert:

Der Multiplus ist eingeschaltet (Stromversorgung über Pylontech-Batterie, vorerst zum testen keine Verbindung zum Netz oder zur Hausinstallation), der ET24 ist aktiv (angeschlossen in den 3 Phasen) und das Datenkabel ist angeschlossen, mit original USB-Kabel ( RS485 to USB interface cable).

Das Kabel habe ich verlängert auf etwa 10 m länge um den Zählerschrank zu erreichen. Kabel ist durchgemessen worden.

Problem gelöst, Kabel saß nicht korrekt im Zähler
