Quattro running BYD 10kw suffering from rapid depletion and very quick charge back to 100% soc.

Not charging correctly and has discharged from 100% soc to 0% within 5 min. Generator catches it before it switches the quattro off and will recover to 100% within 10 Min. no warnings and battery temp around 14-16oC

Have you run through all the troubleshooting steps here in the BYD manual:

8. Troubleshooting

Is the site on VRM, and if so, do you mind if I have a look?

I've spoken with Paul today and recommended updating the BMS. Please note this is actually a 13.8. If anyone experiences the same please let me know.
