Hi There

My system is getting "High Voltage warning message" when set to "Keep batteries charged"

I am using the latest firmware on the multi and on the venus.

I followed the instructions on the below link.

Please let me know how we can get this issue resolved my system is connected to the vrm portal ad remote support is enabled if needed for debugging.

I've moved your question to the correct location...

is this a new setup? probably the batteries have to balance for a bit and the alarm goes away when balanced.

keep it in 'keep batteries charged' mode for a while to give the battery time to balance.
