Using a mppt and a Bluesmart ip67 at the same time to speed charging

I have both a 75/10 mppt (with a bluetooth dongle) and a BlueSmart ip67 12/17. In can not both in a Ve.direct network, only the MPPT appears. I very seldom have the need tot use the BlueSmart, but if I do I have a problem. The Bluesmart goes in to 'trickle load' right away even if the battery is only 12.7 volts

How do I fix this?

12.7v is charged?! Unless you have a load on the battery? Unless its not a lead acid? Its going to go into trickle faster with the MPPT there anyway as half the current is coming from the other device. From what you give us I am not sure there is anything to fix.
