inverter phoenix 12/800 nuevo no enciende

Hola tengo un inverter phoenix 12/800 nuevo. Hago todas las conexiones pero no enciende ni hace nada. Tengo una bateria de 250 A de AGM y uso cables de 16 mm y medio metro de longitud. Gracias
