Discharging BYD LVL when sun is shining

Hi together!

I've installed a set of 6 Multiplus 3000 (two on each phase) with LVL 15,4 a few days ago.
Yesterday, when i checked the charts i got a "suprise". Our house uses 7kwh over night from battery, but over the day the LVL gets a charge of 20kwh.
Today I can see why. After the LVL reaches 100% it doesn't stop charging but switches between discharging and charging. All day long... Right now i've got over 9000watts of solar energy but LVL is discharging.
Seems as BYD BMU is faulty? My colleague has the same setup and exact the same "problem"

Anyone here with the same strange thing?

Please check all firmware for BYD and GX device is the latest and current.

Please post your version numbers here if you think that they are the latest and still aren’t working.

This issue has been resolved in the latest firmware.

Cerbo GX: v2.53
BYD: v1.8
Multiplus II 3000: v471
MPPTs: V1,49 -> one of them is a newer model and has v1.06

Any news on that?
What did the investigations show?

Maybe the fact that cerbo has very slow regulation-timing is part of that.
I have -20 as grid setpoint but most of the time I've got +60 ( up to +580w)
