We have installed the Venux GX with the hope of collecting the Voltage via SNMP for monitoring purposes. I don't seem to say any menus realting tot his. Could someone please aiisst ?

The Venus GX is not running SNMP by default. Maybe it is possible to add this service, but it is not supported so you will be on your own.
For this type of question it will be better to ask in the dev group:

Otherwise there is MODBUS-TCP or MQTT to get values from the Venus GX.
