Remote Console not working

After using remote console to Switch Off a three phase Quattro System instead of switch to Charger only ( it was what i intended to do ) , the remote console is not working anymore and I am far away from the instalation.

What to do ?

please help

Was the Quattro powering the CCGX / Venus or internet equipment? If so, then you are stuck.

I have my Venus and Switch / Router running from the battery.

Thanks for help. My CCGX is connected to the battery bank but the router is on the AC load side. It was why I lost the connection. After return of grid I coild recover the controle by sending a collegue and locally activa te the switch. I'm looking for a solucion to feed the router by the battery.
