I have a ZTE Blade A3-2019-T phone with Android 9.
I can install Victron connect on it I have version 5.17 installed.
When I try to connect to my battery monitor it stalls at 20% then runs up to 60% connected then goes back to 20% again until it fails.
I have uninstalled the BMV from the phone bluetooth settings but it still will not work.
Does anyone know what I can do.

When I try to reset the pin code actually my screen says it is a PUK code, the program comes back
with a message Unknown error:ff00
I just looked more at the phone, it is actually running Android 9 GO. Not sure if this is the cause of the problem or not. My old phone that self destructed ( Nokia 3) was running Android 8 and it worked perfectly with the BMV 712.
