You can do it by calculation,

measure the Ze @ multiplus/origin then add the measured circuit resistance R1+R2 value To the Ze to ascertain the value of Zs.

You can switch the mains off to the MultiPlus and have it running in inverter mode. This will ensure that the energy for the test is coming from the MultiPlus.

You should expect a higher reading than you would from the mains because the transformer in the MultiPlus is obviously a lot smaller than the one at the substation.
I measure 5Ω on a circuit close to my 3KVA MultiPlus. PSC measures 32A with the same model MultiPlus.
