VRM portal venus on rpi

Hi all

Hope you all had a good Christmas

Ok so......

I had Venus install on rpi and connected it up to my vrm acount no problem all information showing and remote console work.

I then installed it in my friends camper and he set up his own vrm account, I deleted it from my account so he could add it to his own account.

Now when we try to add it to the portal it’s says email has been sent to admin to allow access but no email to his account or mine?

Do I need to change the vrm Id?

Any help or ideas greatly appreciated

Hi Mark, what is the old vrm id, and what is the rpi's MAC addres? (you can send this in a message only visible to moderators) I can take a look at it then.

is there anyway i can avoid making this mistake again?

Hi Mark, you can do that yourself, just read the manuals and when something is not in it, post a message on the forum.
