Is it possible to configure the Programmable Contact Pins 5 & 6 to close when the LiHE battery fans are on? P9 of the manual

You can setup the programmable relay to control an external fan by programming the turn on/turn off temperatures. That's what I have done. The BMS uses the following for its internal fan control temperatures (from the firmware change log):
"Default mode: fan is enabled above 30°C and disabled below 29°C.
Performance mode: fan is enabled above 35°C and disabled below 34°C."
However, you must use the Lynx Ion BMS Tool version 2.14 to accomplish this, and that requires you to use a Victron Can to USB interface that costs over $300.00 USD. Your best bet is to find a Victron Installer, that has one of these interfaces, to program the relay.
