Victron SmartSolar not working

So I have just installed the Victron SmartSolar 100/20 and have a 300w panel hooked up to it with a 120ah LifePo4 battery.

This is what I'm getting- with a blue light flashing once every 3 seconds. I checked the manual and it said that the flashing blue light at that interval means that there is insufficient power.

Any ideas of how what I'm doing wrong?

Hi Jess. What stands out here is that you need a 5V difference between the Vbatt and panel Voc before the mppt will awaken. Once awake, the panel V will optimize output down to a Vmp, but the difference needed then is just 1V.

If you've bought a '12V' panel then that's why, but it may be possible to modify it, especially if it's a 2-part device. What is it specifically?
