Please help! System keeps shutting off after about 30second

Please help I’m at my wits end!

Our smart solar MPPT 100/20 keeps shutting down after 30 seconds or so. It will only then restart after I open the app on my phone.

I have no idea why?? Please please help

What exatly did you ment with shunting down? Did you ment shutting Mppt/Solar function at night for energysaving, or shunting off load output?
