100/20 MPPT Mixed Panel Feasibility

I’ve got four panels:

1x Isc 10.52A / Voc 40.66V / Impp 10.02A / Vmpp 33.94V

1x Isc 9.96A / Voc 40.40V / Impp 9.45A / Vmpp 32.8V

2x Isc 10.5A / Voc 45.04V / Impp 10.04A / Vmpp 37.85V

Can I wire the first two and second two in series, than those series in parallel and not burn out a 100/20 MPPT?

I don’t mind substantial oversizing.

No.

The 100/20 has an input current limit of 20A. Tech specs here.

So no parrallel strings with those specs. There is an online mppt calculator linked on this page to run your idea through. Though not designed for mismatched panels.
