No bluetooth toggle on smart solar

Two of my Smart adolar 150/35 controllers are missing the bluetooth toggle to enable bluetooth. They communicate fine with VE.direct, but won't talk with bluetooth. Any ideas on how to recover the bluetooth toggle?

Please check again if they are Smart Solar not Blue Solar.

Out of the box Bluetooth is always enabled.
