GlobalLink 520 Bluetooth & network connection problem

I have a (just out of the box) GlobalLink 520 that I can not get to connect with the network (HQ2125). It doesn’t even show up on my VE Connect Device list. After power is supplied the blue LED pulses indicate that it is trying to connect but never does. I have another GlobalLink 520 unit located in the same proximity that did recently connect to the network. This one (HQ2313) didn't connect at first even though signal strength was -65dB but did after leaving it powered up overnight. HQ2313 does show up on my VE Connect Device list. Is warranty return my only option at this point for HQ2125?

After a total of about 24 hours the GlobalLink 520 (HQ2125) finally connected and is also now visible on the VE Connect app.
