Red and amber flashing light on victron inverter

Hi we've just returned form cruising. Whilst away the inverter and batteries have been fine . We plugged into 240v connection on the marina last night . All seemed fine but his morning we have a red and amber lights flashing. What does it mean ? We've un plugged again and the green light is on and batteries are fine. So why does it happen. When we connect to 240v . Anyone know?

Is there a particular sequence or can you share a video?

The victron toolkit app shows the LED sequences and what they mean.

Thanks - im un plugged at the moment as I'm worried about damaging the inverter - the red light and the material light just flash one after the other . I've looked at the victron toolkit but I cant find my inverter on it . I've only got 3 lights red amber and green . Thanks for trying to help me though
