Can I use a Victron blue ip65 smart charger to charge both vehicle and second battery

Hi

I have a ip65 smart charger with only one output and plan to charge my vehicle with it when my second battery is full or when the vehicle is sat for a long time. The question I have is can I charge the second battery (lithium) through my Orion dc-dc charger then when I want switch the Orion off through remote switching and charge the vehicle battery? I've tried doing it already but the charge current is fluctuating up and down quite dramatically.
