Everything works fine, the only thing is that the screen is always in home mode. The lock option is fine, unlocked. The funny thing is that the first time the plug was plugged in, the WiFi network information did not come out, nor the qr, nor anything. It has always been the same, I attach a photo.
Could it be that the screen is damaged, or is there a communication problem? If I connect directly with the iP, with Bluetooth or cerbo Gx, the connection is good and the changes work on the device. It's just the unresponsive screen.
I have tried 2 times to restore factory values and it is always the same. Can anyone help, or know what can happen?
