Why is my battery not discharging at night?

I have a system Victron Multiplus 2 3000W 48 V with BYD battery; For some time the battery has not discharged at night. Everything had worked very well after installation. What can have changed?

I would think that it would be prudent to get the company who installed this to come and check it for you,
